You are making important decisions about your life and career and we can help. We offer career advisement, a valuable resource to help you clarify your career and life goals and develop the right educational plans to help you reach those goals. Ultimately, the decisions are yours to make, but, the Career Development Center provides vital support and information to make those decisions easier.

Employment Events

Job and internship fairs, employment webinars, Q&As, and employee panels provide students an inside preview of organizations. Learn about employment opportunities, workplace culture, and the employees that make up these companies.

Experiential Education

While earning a degree at SIU, it is important to consider adding hands-on experience to enhance the concepts learned in the classroom. Experiential education opportunities bring your education to the next level as you apply information, reflect on the experience, and process it to memory.
