SIUC Career Services is a comprehensive career planning and employment services agency dedicated to preparing students and alumni to take a lifelong, active part in their professional development to improve marketability with potential employers and successful college-to-work transition.

The InterviewStream system offers students the chance to digitally record multiple practice interviews using a computer in the Career Services office or from a home computer (equipped with a web-cam and updated software). Through InterviewStream, students can access interview tips from professionals, select interview questions to practice, and e-mail completed interviews to career counselors, professors, or employers.
To use InterviewStream, students must be registered in Saluki Recruiting (SR), SIU's on-line job search and resume database system. If you already have an account in SR, simply log in to your account and InterviewStream will be available on the left side of the screen.
If you have never logged into your Saluki Recruiting account
- Go to http://siuc.experience.com/experience/login
- Enter your username (siu email address) and password (siuc). (You are encouraged to change your password after the initial log-in.)
- You will be asked to fill out some basic profile information before reaching the homepage, where you will find the InterviewStream login.
